Trifexis Flea and Heartworm Prevention for Dogs
This is a flea and heartworm preventive. The meat flavored tablet acts fast and kills fleas that are present on dogs. It eliminates immature heartworms and prevents heartworm disease. The oral treatment also eliminates gastrointestinal worms such as roundworms, hookworms, and whipworms. Besides, the flavored tablets are easily accepted by dogs. Furthermore, it starts killing fleas within 30 minutes of administration and lasts much longer than expected. It controls flea infestation for a month and also helpful in the control of flea allergy dermatitis. This is suitable to give to puppies above 8 weeks of age.
Trifexis for Dogs
This contains two tested and tried ingredients – Spinosad and Milbemycin Oxime. The active ingredient Spinosad effectively eliminates adult fleas and protects dogs from the harmful effects of flea infestations. The other ingredient Milbemycin Oxime attacks intestinal worms and eliminates the immature forms of heartworms. Thus, it prevents intestinal infection and heartworm disease in dogs.
